Jump and Push Up for Good Health
Overview
Students work in teams to complete a challenge, such as jumping rope, doing jumping jacks, or completing push-ups in timed intervals. Students will reflect on how they're feeling throughout the activity. Students will also learn how to support other group members during this challenge, especially when they are feeling fatigued.
